Nicomo, the thought was to put players in Tiers rather than rank them 1-53. Who is placed where is a matter of opinion/input, and I just created two Tiers as example.
As related to Murphy, my hope is that the new DC can make better use of his talent. Maybe, he will step into Hubbard's spot.
