How does the renovations cost get cut in half? Either it needs to be renovated or it doesn't. Since the Bengals are "managing" renovations under the new agreement, does that mean they were gouging the county/taxpayers?

Easy, you just renovate half of what needs to be. Because most of it does not "ned" to be, they just "want" to renovate it.

I actually really like Paycor now, esecpailly since they've put some more money/renovations into it. I'm hopeful they can make the 300 million go a long way in making it even better.
If you really want an upgrade, you need an indoor facility. That opens up worlds of possiblites. Doesnt sound like that's happening, though.

It's a football stadium. It has everything it needs. Are there newer facilities, sure, but Paycor doesn't "need" anything. Plenty of seats, plenty of Jumbotrons, typical stadium food and drink, and in a great location to pre-game on the Banks. I like it just the way it is and when I drive down Death Hill in Kentucky and it comes into view, I think it looks awesome. But I'm not a "keep up with the Jones'" type person. When I drive past the stadium in Nashville or M&T in Baltimore, they suck. (And yes, I realize they are building a new one in Nashville, but from the looks of what they are putting up, it's not going to look much different than the other one. Now, if we were talking building a dome, then that's another conversation. But if we are keeping a stadium, there is absolutely nothing wrong with Paycor.

What do you consider upgrades..we have great views from almost any seat...river location..good hot dogs... bgood wifi and sound system...NOW...the scoreboards are another issue..zwe need big.....

Seems to me everytime they talk renovations, the number one thing that comes up on the list is new suites. Sorry, for the few people who can afford suites, I don't think that's a wise way to spend money.

I agree. If they were going to renovate, a dome should have been added. This is a waste of money in my humble opinion.

It have good points for sure, very open concept, good viewing from top deck unlike others I've been to, good access into stadium, abundance of tailgate spots

The new Titans stadium will look much different from the current one from pictures I've seen and it is going to be fully enclosed with a translucent roof. The later alone makes it significantly different than the current one in my opinion.
