Maybe not greatest, but I've always liked "Drivers Seat" by Sniff 'N' the Tears. I just like the way it sound. Sort of like how I like the previously mentioned "No Rain" by Blind Melon. It just has a great sound.

Yes, he is a great player. 

Guitar players/musicians know who Kim Mitchell is here in the U.S.

General public... not so much.  Max Webster/KM did not have great success here on the radio. 

Geddy Lee and Rushes involvement was probably the only reason they played Battle Scar here.

Canada is a whole different story Truck.

Rik Emmett better make your list for great guitarists!!

I can agree with that.

But those songs mentioned were quite popular in Europe as well.

And my dad went to school with Rik Emmett! They even hung in the same group together, but they weren't close or even friends (my dad didn't like him too much, thought he was more of a "poppy," guy, while most of their friends were prog and into Yes, ELP, Gentle Giant and Jethro Tull.
