I’ve been down this road before. It’s why I live in Florida now. You’re probably right, just don’t get mad when all hell breaks loose after the Bengals have an outbreak.

Thanks for the info, in case anyone was wondering it was a serious question. I'm vaccinated, but at risk, so if I get the vid I fully want to do the Ivermectin/Zinc deal. You have to do it early for it to be effective though. You can tell it works because of the reason they govts. shut down their studies. They said they ran out of the medicine and could not continue the trials. Hmmm.... any scientist worth the title would have stockpiled all his necessary supplies before trials began (standard procedure) , and the worldwide supply of ivermectin is abundant. It smells....

I did get covid the week before Thanksgiving but my immune system with the help of ivermectin and zinc wiped the fever out in less than 24 hours. There were some lingering affects though like loss of taste and smell that hung on for a while. My wife and 3 kids also got it. Same deal. Ivermectin and zinc. They're all fine. WTS, I'm not for or against the vaccine but I do believe it should be a choice and these people using scare tactics, like "you don't do it for you" can shove that thought where the sun doesn't shine.
This isn't the place for these debates, but I won't be shoving anything where the sun doesn't shine.
This is a very simple premise. You will argue against it, and that is fine. I am not about mandating, but this issue became political and that was when folks dug in their heels.
The bottom line is: the virus can't mutate without an unvaccinated host. The virus is still mutating in unvaccinated hosts. As I mentioned earlier, I am not about mandating, but avoiding a vaccine that could help end this pandemic is just plain dumb. You will be getting treated for cancer someday with the same technology and won't hesitate one bit, because it will save your life. This could help end all the shutdowns, labor force issues, etc.
Very rarely does anyone my age die from the flu, but I still get a flu shot so I avoid that illness. Yes, people can still get a mutation of the virus with the vaccine but the majority are asymptomatic. The ones having hospitalization from the virus that are vaccinated all have significant comorbidities.
That's all.

Shit, you can get this at any grocery. It's called tonic water. It contains quinine which is what was synthesized to form hydroxychloroquine. 5 oz is a therapeutic dose.

Actually, the Omicron mutation is pretty much a gift from God. That mutation moves the area of the body attacked from the deep lung tissue up into the bronchial tubes. While is it much more communicable, it results in little more than a runny nose, ie this variant has in fact mutated into a cold.

To make the playoffs, my opinion is the Bengals will have to win the AFC North outright and go in as no worse than a number four seed. This means finishing no worse than 10-7; we can probably afford to lose one more game. The rest of the AFC playoff contenders are strong; if Cincinnati finishes let’s say 9-8 I don’t think that’s going to be good enough for a wild card berth.

IF we make the playoffs and play like we did last week and lay an egg, we will need a voodoo shaman to free us from Marvin's playoff spell.

I haven't looked lately, but aren't we kind of fighting with the Chargers for a wild card spot? They had just lost to KC, so that's got to help us, right?

Yes but I’m more worried about the Colts and the Bills. Also, the Chargers hold a head to head tie breaker over us.

The Bengals have never won three games in a row under Zac Taylor. Why is this an issue? If you’re in the playoffs you have to win three games in a row to get to the Super Bowl! If Cincinnati can’t do that in the regular season why would anyone think it could happen in the postseason?

I think the Chargers get in, and so do the Bills.
The remaining wild card will be between the Broncos, Colts, and whatever team in the AFC North doesn't win the division (Ravens and Browns, hopefully).
We thought for the longest time that two or even three teams would get in from the AFC North, but the way Baltimore looks and the Browns, too....there might just be the one that wins the division (Bengals).

10-7 seems about right. Baltimore and Cleveland are both must win games for record and division implications, but we just need one more win out of either Denver/KC. Then our 5-1 division record, combined with the other losses Cleveland and Baltimore should have, will give us the division.
The path is there, it's just going to be a hell of a climb.

We all knew this was coming, and last time I got flamed hard for saying it would be the common cold , and that's exactly what happened... Our immune systems have caught up..
Back on topic.. I really think we can go 3-1 and win the Division.. We, don't beat Denver and Baltimore, we don't really belong anyway.

Until another variant comes along that kills anyone who comes in contact within a few minutes.. Hell, for all we know it'll somehow merge with ebola and really kick off a shit storm..

I just heard the Browns players can play, even with a positive if asymptomatic.. How does that work? Can't they just lie about symptoms? Can't they still spread it, even if they don't have symptoms? They change the rules about this so much, it's confusing...

Bengals Superbowl appearances were two in a row to get to their respected SB appearances.
Almost every Patriot SB appearance was with two in a row.
So no, you don't have to win three to get to the SB.
What you have to do is get top seed to win two games in a row to get SB appearance.

Could be playing the squeelers for a spot before this is over.
