As Bruce Lee said, be like water.
"Empty your mind. Be formless, shapeless, like water. You put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle. You put into a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend."
The OL needs to be fluid like water and adapt to any situation.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.

so now I have this picture in my head of Frank leading all the lineman in the morning affirmations, followed by their yoga and morning meditation sessions

Carman doesn't start until he can snatch the pebble from Frank's hand.

"Eating glass" makes sense. "Shit in neck" sounds mentally challenged.
I have no idea what it means. Just something he said and I recall a lot of people wondering the same when he said that. Makes me think of the Seinfeld episode where Elaine volunteered to spend time with an elderly person that had a goiter.
Quote:Elaine: Did you say goiter? What goiter?
Mrs. O: This football-shaped lump jutting out the side of my neck.
Elaine: Oh, *that* goiter. Hey... Heh heh heh... Whaddya know...
Mrs. O: Does it bother you?
Elaine: Bother me? Oh, phhbt... Why would a little goiter like that
bother me? No, not a bit. It's nothing. It's nothin', it's um,
in fact, it's um, it's very distinctive, y'know? Um, I mean you
want to know something? I, I wish I had one. [pause] Really
