Notes: OL D’Ante Smith is active in place of Adeniji, who was the backup swing tackle last week.

Also, WR Tee Higgins (concussion) and DT Josh Tupou (shin) are ACTIVE.

Aren't you only allowed to dress 45 ? Or did that change with the covid rules ?

You can have 48 active on gameday as long as there are 8 offensive linemen active otherwise you are allowed 47 players.  This was changed in the last CBA
