Did Frank used to be an OL coach?

I wouldn't mind seeing some wishbone or T-formations from them.

How quickly you go from talk of the town to in the unemployment line in the NFL.

My hot take: go get him.  He'd be great insurance for if/when offensive coaching staff members are poached by other teams.  Even if they aren't, having this guy in the building just to pick his brain and offer his consul could be of great benefit.
