I think they already have with Bettcher who is our LB coach. I think the only reason he came here was he saw something 
special that Lou was building and Lou most likely was going to get a HC position soon. Was honestly surprised Bettcher wasn't
a DC already somewhere, he has a better resume' by far than what Lou had when he initially came here.
