I don't think that's safe to say at all.  At least one team is going to move up to 15,16,17 because they know there's a very good chance the Bengals would go OT.

Troy F and or Mims imo are almost a lock to be there.

I think Fautanu goes to Seattle right ahead of us. Mims though, yeah and I would be for him honestly over Latham at this point with JC's injury
questions.

Yea there is no way Troy Fautanu gets past Seattle. They desperately in need of IOL and Fautanu is probabaly the top of the IOL class as well as a top 5 Tackle.

The Seahawks new OC Ryan Grubb also just happens to be Troy Fautanu's OC from last year in Washington.

Didn't even know that about Grubb, makes Troy pretty much a lock for Seattle if he is sitting there at their pick for sure.

My top picks for a developmental OT, Blake Fisher, Kiran Amegadjie ( 36 1/2" arms WTF) , Roger Rosengarten. I'm not a fan of Christian Jones or Patrick Paul, I hate everything about Patrick Paul lol

LOL.  Have you followed the draft and the Bengals very long?

I would almost bet my house that if we get to pick 16 and 17 and Mims and Troy F are still around, they aren't making it to 18.

So the bet is, if pick 17 comes and both are on the board, they won’t be at 18? I’ll take that bet ?

Nope, but I know math. 2-1=1. Jacksonville isn’t drafting a tackle, wr/cb/edge are all bigger needs

2 picks - 2 players.

2 teams that jump in front of Cincy to grab a tackle.  Not sure about your math.....

Latham or Mims will be there most likely and I agree, fine with grabbing one of them, especially Mims who is athletic and has crazy upside.
