He may not want it.   I just mentioned him as a back-up to you.

I tried to send PMs to the missing GMs but that function isn't working for me

If anyone wants to be Co-Commish let me know. It has been Vas (Urinal Cakes) but he was pretty inactive last year and hasn't chimed in this year.

IF I don't hear from the 4 remaining by Friday (8/9/24) I'll drop them and possibly look for a couple replacements.

People are starting to bug me about Fantasy Football so I was just checking in because I know we did mention the cutting of the bottom two and my name wasn't on the check in list.

I'm good either way just trying figure out how many I'm in so I can limit how many leagues I'm in this season. After around 20 years of FF its starting to feel like work lol.

I feel ya. But you're in as long as I'm commish and you want to.

The hardest is the league I try to manage at work. 16 people and about 4 of them know what they're doing.

I'm trying to find a way to split folks into 2 leagues and then after 12 weeks, take the top 4 from each league and create a "playoff" league.

Shouldn't be much to it after the initial setup every year.

My experience anyway is that once the season starts you will have very little to do unless someone causes issues with collusion which I've never seen here.

Also what's everybody think of FAAB waivers instead of what we currently have? Everyone with a budget of $100 and bid for free agents every week instead of waiver order.

Are you interested in the Co-Commish job next year?

I'll help out next year if needed.

If someone else comes along and wants to do it they can take it.

Yesterday I did message All on Yahoo site to sign in with LM

Today I went back to when we picked draft names last year, and sent messages to those who might be the 3 still not signed up to get with LM

Message in a bottle song

LM has it worked out for Friday and is on top of it. Just wanted to mention I've sent messages to those not in, two different ways. Just trying to help. That's as much as I can do...LM doing great job as always, and interested to see what names we pick this year. Last year I picked Caesar for my draft spot for my draft spot. Then the other teams came to bury Caesar.

I enjoy drafts and waiver wires where teams bid on players.

I'm for the waiver, but I personally have no experience in a $ draft.

I just bring up the waiver stuff because the waiver system we use now just feels kinda dated compared to FAAB.

Auction style waivers imo feel better than trying to sit on waiver order all year.

Just a throwing it out there as an option.

Not a fan of auction draft bidding. Old school I suppose.
