I know a couple posters will be really upset to see this...

they are to blame for washington baltimore losses though. in reality it's coaching that is really letting this team down.

This recent stretch of games the defense has been the issue, but the season on the whole isn’t entirely their fault.

Definitely the New England loss was on the Offense. Burrow is just a slow starter it seems.

Evan had a missed extra point against KC as well that hurt us bad in not winning that one.

True, the D isn't to blame for every loss that is for sure. The Ravens and Washington games were definitely their bad though.

Yeah, but that play also should of been off set. Bad job by one player on Defense in Anthony but that is the way it goes sometimes.

New England bullied the Defense on the ground and the defense made zero plays. It's hard for me to say that Defense played well enough to win the game.

Chiefs game I thought both units played well enough to win the game. Just a shity call the end of it.

Jessie Bates left the Bengals and that makes me sad!

True about New England's run game but 16 points should be overcome by our Offense you would think.

And yeah, shitty call in the Chiefs game is what really lost it.

And the crazy thing is Joe said he’s still not even spinning it exactly how he wants yet.

Just think if he was clutch?

Have we cut the punter yet?

Uh yeah, I like our chances if this continues to go on and our Defense gets a bit better. Both could happen and you have a recipe for disaster
for the AFC North and the rest of the NFL.

After Sunday Night's game, Tony Dungy and Rodney Harrison both said, it was an ugly win and those you have to win and don't count the Bengals out and teams are not gonna want to face us.

When Rodney says it, you better believe it, that dude hates us Bengals and only says it like it is even if it hurts.

Sometimes he is really mean to Tony and I feel bad for the dude a bit, but that is just the way Rodney rolls and I respect that even if he was a
dirty player at times.

He was very dirty. He always led with his helmet and was usually late

For anyone who wants to believe coaching doesn't really really matter. Rookie 12th overall pick QB, Courtlan Sutton and Josh Reynolds are their #1 and #2 WRs, and $79.3m in dead cap space (they've basically only been able to spend ~2/3rds of a normal salary cap).... and the Broncos are 4-3.

That top one... it seemed like it was weirdly specific criteria for a stat so I checked it out a bit more, and it turns out it was. The Bengals 87.5% comes from a pool of 8 times all season.

When we're talking about each instance being worth 12.5% that's just way too small of a sample size with huge swings from just an instance or two luck and anomalies. Hudson fumbles in the 2nd quarter not the 3rd, so it doesn't count. McPherson has made 28, 31, and 33 yard FGs all with less than 6 minutes left in the 2nd rather than the 3rd so it doesn't count.

Heck, I haven't checked but the Ravens and Titans at 66.7% means it could be just 3 or 6 instances. In which case the difference between 4/6 and 5/6 is the difference between 66.7% and 83.3%.

Just feels like one of those MLB stats that announcers pull out about some guy being the best switch hitting infielder on Tuesday night games. Lol

I watched them last night....their offense isn't very good. I dunno how they're 4-3, honestly. If the Saints could get out of their own way at the moment, that game was likely a different outcome. Nix can run....and last night the rest of the team ran well. Otherwise, they're just not very good. I haven't watched a whole lot of them, but New Orleans was AWFUL, so it's really hard to gauge, but I would wager their defense is what's keeping them relevant after watching them.

No one's questioned Joes accuracy. Again using stats that have nothing to do with the question about being clutch doesn't really add to the debate.

But whoever said he couldn't throw past the sticks were clearly wrong. I just can't find anyone who said that.

They caught Tampa in a trap game with a bunch of injuries on D and they've beaten other shitty teams. They're a .500 team at the very best.

More clutch/not clutch results coming up soon. I've just been really busy the last week.

Then I guess to answer his question.

We'd be 6-0.
