Makes me think how easy it would be for my Achilles to roll up my calf like a window shade when Im just playing a little basketball In part it is due to their own lack of wearing protective gear. Pat Kirwan once pointed out that many/most skill position players forego things like knee braces and supportive cleats because they feel it will prevent them from running as fast as they want. He stated most receivers are wearing a cleat that is reminiscent of a ballet slipper. A doctor he was talking to said this lack of support in the foot can lead to foot and lower leg issues.

This is something in Mac's motion that is sending every kick off to the right. He needs to adjust it. He gets plenty of distance.
