In how well (who cares what pff says) Ford has played and maybe a shakeup on the line can be considered after the bye.

The Offense has shined with him in a LT. But they won’t bench OBJ for him. Is he one of the top 5 Olineman?

Is he only serviceable at LT?

OBJ,Karras,Lee,Ford,Mims would make for a nice post bye starting lineup shakeup

I've had similar thoughts.  Seems like he didn't play too well as a guard before he got here.  To me, if he's one of the best 5 linemen, you try to get him in there.

I'm unofficially impressed but I think he's filled in well. Hopefully Pollack will swallow his pride and see what Ford can do at LG when OBJ comes back

Burrow has been hit 27 times in the past two games. I'm not sure how much credit the offensive line deserves.

Jessie Bates left the Bengals and that makes me sad!

I like your thoughts here JJ22. Bench Volson and Cappa and put Karras at LG, Matt Lee at C and Cody Ford at RG and it could really help.

Ive watched the games. Ford has been awful made Volson look worse. Watt may ruin Burrow's rest of season/career if we dont run max protect most of the game.

I think Ford has played well for his position as the fourth tackle on the team. When OBj is well, he needs to be put back at LT without any doubt.

At least Mims is big, athletic and powerful. I don't see Twatt rag dolling him like he did Jonah twice last season.

Mims will get beat as Twatt beats everybody, but I bet he gives Twatt some trouble.

My game plan against the Stealers would be as it always would be. I'd go Jumbo package with an extra lineman on the right side and run right at Twatt and drive him into the ground on every play in the first quarter, leaving him worn out for the rest of the game.

Hard to speak on Lee. He's a 7th round rookie. Those guys usually don't have much of an impact.

I'd like to see him get some snaps if/when the season is officially over, but there's a reason he's not getting snaps. None of us know how hes doing in practice. Coaches do.

I'd try him at guard. What's it going to hurt. I don't think he can call the defenses as well as Karras yet at center

I like it a lot and I would like to see some of Khalil Herbert running the ball now that he should be much more comfortable in the
Offense. He is the most talented runner we have now, not near as explosive as Chase Brown, but he has better vision and is harder
to bring down.

Matt Lee has been getting some snaps and as far as I have seen has done well. I don't trust the coaches right now though, especially
Pollack, so probably none of this will happen and we will just roll with our shit interior OL and not make any changes.

Ford hasn't been All Pro by any means, but I have seen, as we all have what poor LT play can do to an Offense, and it can't be denied that if we had heard that Ford would start 4 games at LT, we'd fear Burrow's health. And while he has been hit a ton in the last couple games, the issues have come from the inside and not necessarily LT. This is given by fans including on this board, not really missing OBJ like we should / could be.

Matter of fact I haven't heard any panic about OBJ's missed time. As in we barely miss him it seems.

Burrow has been taking a ton of hits and pressures. The offense looks good because of Burrow, despite the pressure.

I think he's only been getting snaps on special teams plays. Mainly FG unit.

I have seen Lee playing with the OL, pretty sure and not on ST's. I think he came in and played LG in Volson's place...

He's definitely been the 6th Olineman in heavy sets.
