The current guards are really no worse than the 2 who started the SB for the Bengals. Definitely need to be upgraded but Joe has actually played behind an even weaker set of guards before.

I would not hate doubling up on pass rush if Ezieruaku or Green fall to us. Not saying they should, but I would not hate it.

Mike Green is dropping also. Wonder why? Off field stuff? I thought no charges were brought against him or he was cleared of charges. Maybe teams have more information than we do?

I'd be tempted to go Green if I thought he could play OLB.

And yes we're in this ridiculous spot because we handled the whole offseason poorly. Not covering spots properly in Free Agency left us in the draft with everyone knowing what we were looking for each round - makes it simple to snipe us. Then as usual the front office panics and goes for a ridiculous choice instead of the logical pivot - to OL. Had we done OL in 1 we'd have wide open vistas this round.
