Not what most of us thought was the right strategy for bolstering the defense, that's for sure.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. Ended 9-8 but barely missed playoffs
Changes needed to do better in Sept/Oct moving forward.

I had heard that was the red flag with our new OL coach. New Engalnd took two guys last year that weren't supposed to be drafted.
It's not that hard take consensus guys with good tape and test well athletically. If we go with a 4th or 5th rounder and expect him to start with whoever wins in our backups it's gonna be very disappointing.

To be fair Demetrius Knight is a good linebacker albeit a late bloomer. It's just not a position group fans were expecting.
