UDFA Thread

Now that the Bengals draft is done...all thoughts turn to the UDFA class. Last season they didn't formally announce this part of the newcomers until after Rookie Camp so until then all we will have is rumors

All hopes turn to next year

Dang, they used to announce them starting Sunday after draft.

There may be some interesting options out there.

Go get Ewers and Tez Johnson

Ewers supposedly had a mega offer to go be the qb somewhere. Maybe Oregon. Turned it down.

Now he's going to be a 6th or 7th Round pick or undrafted.

Wonder if he's the next Brady?

My guess is he felt his chances were better this year vs. next when the QB class will be significantly better......and I believe he kind of got nudged aside because of Arch Manning being there.

Is Luke Kandra still available? I’d take him notwithstanding drafting two linemen.

Also safety JJ Roberts form Marshall.

DT's Howard Cross III (Notre Dame) and Eric Gregory (Arkansas) signing with Bengals - per Tom Pelissero.

Yes

Sometimes you have to take a chance. I hope he says I wanna be a Bengal and play with Tee and Jamar and a guy named Joe

I'd go Restrepo for a slot WR.

Nebraska WR Isaiah Neyor is available. 6'4" 220lbs with 4.40 speed. 34 receptions with 5 TDs and 13.4avg. He could be a weapon for Burrow.

Yikes, I just looked up his 40 time, 4.8.  He could be run down by a defensive lineman.

He's faster than that. Breaks long tds. Not sure what happened there. He's quick too.

I'd definitely be in for Johnson.  Maybe Ewers on the PS.
To each his own... unless you belong to a political party...

This is a big one. He could be a massive steal if he can recover from the Achilles injury.
