That is awesome news. Bengals stepped up and got it done. So in the end after all the fan drama, Stewart misses 3 or 4 practices due to contract issues.

One more piece to get. taken care.

What is the source? Just did a quick peek at ESPN and not listed yet.

Can’t wait for him to get.5 sacks a year.

Hated the pick, hated the way he’s conducted himself along with that idiotic gobshite of an agent.

Will be interesting to see what condition he’s in when he finally trains.

The language is in there he got a higher signing bonus.

All this could have been avoided months ago

Pathetic from the agent.

Welcome aboard... get a sack in week 1 and this will all be forgotten.

Likely won't be a Bengals if he pans out though in a few years.

OK, now let's hope the guy can use those athletic skills and be better in the NFL than he was in college.

He has a high bar to overcome for me.  He is a bust until proven otherwise

Interesting take. Kind of like guilty until proven innocent.

Didn't you want him to not only not be signed, but also to never play in the NFL?

Pathetic from the agent.

How is it pathetic from the agent if he got a higher signing bonus that the Bengals weren't originally offering in exchange for accepting something that the previous 1st round rookies for the Bengals didn't have to accept? That's negotiation and compromise.

Their stance was they didn't want the clause without getting something in return, and improved payout language was what they had specified as what they wanted in return. They got it. He literally did his job.
