It would appear we are getting Sanders as the Brown's QB.

I know he a good outing, but never played a down against the Commandors #1's and played deep into 3rd quarter. Plus Pickett and Gabriel both sat as did Flacco. Why did Browns pick up a 5th QB if they felt they had a great starter in camp?

We will see, but I hink Flacco is the starting QB week #1.

Nevermind this post, I had a brain fart and was thinking we play them next week. Duh, not enough coffee yet. I agree, Flacco will be the starter if he's healthy.

I agree, but as bad as I think they're going to be, Flacco won't last long, and they will add Sanders to the long list of QBs that's they've ruined. It made sense at the time but signing Watson and moving on from Baker Mayfield is one of the worst moves they've ever made.

They don’t want Sanders to be their leader. But they won’t have much choice. He’s just not that type. The Haslams are like a lot of owners. Owning a football team is not like a normal business and it shows when they try to make it.
Romo “ so impressed with Zac ...1 of the best in the NFL… they are just fundamentally sound. Taylor the best winning % in the Playoffs of current coaches. Joe Burrow” Zac is the best head coach in the NFL & that gives me a lot of confidence." Taylor led the Bengals to their first playoff win since 1990, ending the longest active drought in the four major North American sports, en and appeared in Super Bowl LVI, the first since 1988.

Let’s hope Falco is the starter, Bengals know how to handle him. I’m worried in Sanders comes in, you know what happens when we see a QB for the 1st time.

He may, but hard to say until he plays against a starting defense and not a lot of snaps against 3rd team guys. I think they want to trade him and why they started him. Why sign Huntley to the QB room is Sanders was having a great camp?

Flacco
Pickett
Sanders
Gabriel
Huntley

No way there are keepig 5 QB's on the roster and I don't see Gabriel or Sanders not getting plucked from the PS is they try to stash them.

The Bengals, generally speaking, do very well against both back-up QBs and rookie QBs. There is just a small population of QBs who did do very well and those tend to stick out more than the others.

Bengals don’t play well against mobile QB’s that can run. I would really worried if he started.

Yeah. We've seen it too many times.

Ehhhh....

The Bengals have only played Flacco in the Taylor era once, which was in 2022 when he was on the Jets. Obviously our DC has never called a game against Flacco and only one of our 2025 starting DBs to play in that game was Dax Hill who played a grand total of 5 snaps.

(Not to say that Flacco is some complete unknown or anything, but the idea the 2025 Bengals have experience and knowledge on him isn't really true. We as fans have just have seen Flacco a lot.)

Actually, the QB I want to play the least on that list is Huntley. He's like Lamar Light. Gabriel and Pickett have hamstring injuries they'll be recovering from, and old man river is a statue. Still has a huge arm, but no mobility

After watching numerous games this weekend and today, I can honestly say, our defense is the worst. And it’s not even close.

Every other team tackles, guards receivers and puts pressure on the QB.
