I don't think you know what garbage time is.  The Bengals were down one score with the ball and over 3 minutes left.  When exactly was garbage time?
Garbage time is the 6 hours of your life that you've wasted watching Stonewall Jackson and the boys suck this year.... You'll never get that time back.

I think that the knee was halfway out of the end zone, sort of like have a foot half out of bounds when you make a catch.

That's why Marvin never challenged the call. It was correct.

Enjoy 3rd place

Enjoy first place with uni-brow while you can.

You only get so many games against those steadfast Browns.

So tough.

So tough.

Halfway out? Doubtful, but this angle could use a forward one more frame. Truth is, Marv blew it for not at least challenging and taking a chance.

You don't need the knee. Shin is down. But yeah the coaching staff is as much to blame.

Lewis is probably working on another contract extension for that one.   Smirk

The Steelers D came out and played pretty good.

The offense was so-so. They would have been worse if the refs had actually called a few of those holding calls instead of allowing big time wrestling from their O-line. Be that as it may, I suppose the Bengals O-line could have tested to refs to see what they could get away with also. But they just don't think that way. Ninja

That looks like a horse collar tackle on Ben to me. No one called it!

I'm pretty sure that's why Zona posted it. Hilarious

All that proves is that the bengals were inefficient.

At 24-9 the Steelers got a lot more for doing a lot less, so yeah the Steelers took it to ya.

It's more like the Bengals player is being mugged. It's sort of like a cross between Judo, bigtime wrestling and junior high kids groping at a dance. Like 6andCounting's mother wrestling a wino in the alley.

It ain't football, though. Even Stevie Wonder can see that!

Photo is too blurred...can't really tell.

Seriously, there's nobody here you need to convince that it wasn't a fumble.

Do you know that Pete Morelli is the same ref who inexplicably overturned Troy Polamalu's interception after replay in Indianapolis in the 2006 playoffs?

But keep telling yourself that if it makes you feel better.

And then they waterboarded him with Iron City beer.  He learned his lesson.

Peyton Manning and Tom Brady being the only two people who get away with more collective bullshit calls than the Steelers.

I keeps it real.
