AJ Green at WR
Geno Atkins at DT

I'll throw this out there, I don't think AJ deserves it this year. He's has his hands on like 6 turnovers, and had a good amount of drops. He's also vanished a couple times, and got ejected from a game.

Congrats to Geno, though.

Gotta agree on AJ.  Riding on his past.  But that's okay.  Bengals have deserved it and not made it.

AJ has had an off year no doubt. But let's be real this season was in the toaster couple months before it began.

AJ acting out on dude was just the held in fury from a season disemboweled from the F.O. and coaching staff.

Green is going to have 1000+ yards and probably double digit TD’s with THIS “offense” he absolutely deserves it lol

This.

I think he's a bit lucky to get in this year but he's still widely known and liked (apart from Jalen Ramsey!) around the NFL.

..and we have a long history of deserving players missing out so bit of karma is fine by me!

Valid point. How many throws has Dalton missed with Green running open down the sidelines for huge gains? If AJ had a better QB throwing to him his stats would be through the roof.

His numbers have really tailed off the past 4-5 weeks. Kind of disappointing.

And if AJ would catch ALL the passes thrown his way and not tip some of them to the defense, his stats would be far better too. But, sure, blame Dalton 'cause he "sucks". Dude has a winning record on the BENGALS with a good TD-INT ratio, yet somehow he sucks. Rolleyes

Dalton get ALL of the blame and NONE of the credit.  Are you forgetting how it works?

Congrats to Geno, though.

A lot of players get voted in because of their previous success too.
But when looking at receiving leaders, the only WRs who didn't get picked for the Pro Bowl at that position yet are ahead of AJ in stats are Tyreek Hill and Brandin Cooks.
For Cooks, he only has four more yards than AJ but two less TDs and is playing on a much better team.
For Hill, he strangely got selected to be the return specialist for the AFC in the Pro Bowl yet hasn't returned a kick all season. He has returned 24 punts for 203 yards and a TD, but Adoree Jackson and Alex Erickson have returned more punts for more yards and also have contributed a lot as KR for their teams. Jaydon Mickens has also been a better PR than Hill this year, 23 returns for 274 yards (11.9 YPR) with a TD, so he's also more deserving as a returner this year IMO. Yet Hill has contributed more as a WR compared to AJ, as Hill has put up nearly 200 more yards and just one less TD than AJ.

I would have gone Tyreek Hill over AJ for WR and one of the other previously mentioned return specialists over Hill for that spot.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.

Sorry for Party Rocking!

Oops. Forgot for a moment and allowed reality to guide my thoughts and words. Won't let it happen again. ThumbsUp

Doesn't matter. A good QB makes his OWN damn pocket! Ninja

This is why I don't put much stock in any all star game as a guage for who are the best players in the league.

No surprise with those 2 guys, disagree on AJ, should of made it with this Offense this year.

Been rough on everybody and if he still gets 1000 yards and double digit TD's with what has went on you have do give him credit.

Lawson should still be in the running for DROY shouldn't he?

Saw someone (I believe one of the local beat writers) mention that he wasn't even listed on the ballot until about half way through the voting.

This guy atleast shown something in my eyes this year as a backup. Made some nice tackles unlike our other Safeties.

Good ST'er, that is why he made it of course. I like the Fej, still cannot believe we put Derron Smith on the PS and let him leave though.

Exactly the type of FS type we need.
