50 receptions and 700 rushing yards
#1
Only two Bengal RBs have had 50 receptions and 700 rushing yards in a season. Obviously James Brooks is one of them. He did it twice ('85-'86).

Can you name the other?

I feel like Gio probably did that one year I actually thought we were going to do something in the playoffs....but that answer seems to easy so I’ll try to think back a little further

My guess was Pete Johnson but that is wrong. Pete rushed for over 1000 yards in '81 but fell 4 short on the catches with 46

Kenny Watson, 2007

EDIT - stats....
763 rush yards, 52 receptions for 374 receiving yards
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.

Boobie Clark also came very close.  He was 5 receptions short, but in a 14 game season.  If you project Boobie's 14 game totals from his rookie year ('73) to a 16 game season he would have had 1130 rushing yards and 51 receptions for 397 yards.

Shoot! So close lol he had 730 yards and 49 receptions smh.
And I thought about Watson for a split second but quickly dismissed him. Shoulda thought about it a little harder.

Gonna go with Rudi Johnson on this one. Although, I feel it's going to be a player in the Bratkowski era?

Don't think he had 700 yards, but Chris Perry had something like 55 receptions one year.

Gio was close, but not sure he got it.  Mixon should run away with in next year.

Without looking that was my guess.
