You hit the nail on the head with the two best options.  I have no idea why Thomas is actually still there and I had Richadson mocked to them with the high 3rd.

I'd also be fine with Crosby, Jones or Harrison to compete with Fisher and the scraps at RT.  It's not inconceivable that one of them fall to the 5th

Settle could be BPA if you consider he lost a few lbs so he could do it again.  The heart issue with Hurst must be scaring everyone off or he'd be gone in the 2nd.

1. OT, Tyrell Crosby - round 4 is most likely the last chance to get a player capable of starting (or at least competing for playing time). Crosby could be in the mix at right tackle.

2. NT, Tim Settle - the Bengals are still looking for an answer at NT... Billings could still pan out but that's a "big if" (literally). Settle could be that guy.

3. WR, Equanimeous St. Brown - WR may not be the biggest need but he is just such an intriguing prospect to me. He has a lot of potential.

Jamarco Jones and Will Richardson are still on the board at OT. I see Crosby as more of a guard, but he's a possibility too.

Tim Settle and Kendrick Norton are still there at DT.

Holton Hill and JC Jackson are available at CB.

My gut says that the 4th may be the time to pick an OT.

In no particular order, I'd like to see them take the following positions.

OT Crosby, Jones?
OG Wyatt Teller?
DT Tim Settle?
QB Anyone to push Barclay at back up
RB Goal line/Blocking specialist
Return Specialist, perhaps a WR?
CB Need to restock special teams

Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations

Ian Thomas would hit another need spot with all three TEs on their final year.

Im hoping we get Mailata sometime today. Raw as can be but damn that potential.

Desmond Harrison would be very tempting as well. Older prospect with all the tools to be great at T.

We're now in the range where I'd consider QB.

Logan Woodside
Luke Falk
Kyle Lauletta
Mike White
Everything in this post is my fault.

Dane Cruikshank-can play the slot as well as safety multi purpose player great special trainer at least.
Genard Avery-this pick would give us outstanding depth and burfict a future replacement baring another dumbass move.
Will Richardson- we need more tackle depth
Jamarcus jones- we need more tackle depth
Kendrick norton- one of the best dtackles left on the board.
Tim Settle- one of the best dtackles left
Wyatt teller- One if the best and biggest baddest guards left.
Greg Senat-probably my favorite tackle left.

I think 4th round, you will see what the Bengal organization is thinking about our RT situation.  if there is a tackle out there in 4th round like Crosby from Oregon or Madison from Washington State or Richardson NC State when they pick and they pass, i think they have decided with the thin quality of Tackles in this draft, they rather go another year and let a free for all battle happen with the players they have on the roster now for RT.

I think they go DT or LB if they don;t go OT

My picks would be DT Hurst or Settle    LB:  Jewell or Kiser Inside backer
