Dunlap is our new starting right end? I thought they were just seeing how it goes this preseason but Hobson confirmed. He and MJ have switched spots in the base defense.

The first big wrinkle we see from Austin.

Was gonna say, didn't it say left end?

Then I clicked on it and saw you edited it lol.

Yes, it indeed is going to be interesting!

The last time I remember him doing anything at RE, was when he took a snap there against Cleveland in game 2 in 2015 and he crucified Austin Davis (I believe BengalsChris has it as his avatar).

Good, and now all of the RT's on the Bengals schedule just breathed a sigh of relief, while the LT's said "oh Shit". and the HC's went "what's wrong with these Bengals, they acting like a team that wants to win now."

Ahhhh YESSS!!!

Another move i have called for for years happens. Damn what a great Offseason, always thought Dunlap on the QB's
blindside would be a great move. His pass rush and length combined should be a nightmare for right handed QB's.

Sounds like Willis is getting the LE start than eh and Lawson as the pass rusher specialist on passing downs?

I cannot wait to see this DL in action. If Billings is able to help get a rush going from the middle alongside Atkins, this past rush will be LETHAL. Championships have been won on average teams ith a rush like that. (See 2011 Giants). And we're deep, so the rotation should be constantly fresh rushers

Any less than 50 sacks will be a disappointment to me if the unit stays relatively healthy

This.  Dunlap on the blindside with his big tomahawk slap.  Yes, please.

Yeah, he should really help in stopping the run once he gets back and then we can make teams pass.

Teams will not stop Dunlap and Lawson coming from the right side. They will be running for their lives.

I would love Willis at LE. Guy looks like a monster. And only bring in Lawson on pass rushing downs.

I've wondered many times why Carlos wasn't on right side ?

While reading the thread, I was confused between right and left, but thank God you guys figured that out. It's going to be interesting seeing where this goes. What you guys are posting, may make me stop taking Cialis if it all pans out.

Yes, I noticed and commented it in first preseason game. My guess is he ends up starting over center at times and then goes left or right once OL comes to the line depending on how they line up with a TE.

I am so ready for 2024 season. I love pro football and hoping for a great Bengals year. Regardless, always remember it is a game and entertainment.

Remember the old adage, "Run at speed and away from strength".
So how do teams run at the Bengals?
Counters and traps. Use their speed against them.

Billings better be for real. Toupo or what ever his name is didn't impress me.
LOOK REAL HARD AT THE BACK UPS PLEASE.

GO BENGALS!
