The search appears over for HC
If Dolphins do hire Richard, like others have stated earlier, Bengals could make Bieniemy Head Coach, Zac Taylor as OC. Interesting.

Would love this too, so many great options for us out there still.

From what I've read...Bienemy interviewed for 3-4 teams and the Bengals are the only one interested in hiring him as a HC.

He's likely not going to get offered the Dolphins job.

I'd be down with Eric B as the HC and Taylor as the OC.

Very interesting. I liked Richard for us too but since we weren't going to do anymore interviews i think you are correct and we already have these guys picked out and if the Dolphins are hiring Richard we would have atleast 3 great candidates for OC after our HC pick.

My God, Bengals offense could be like Saints and Rams and Kansas!  So exciting.

This sounds the most likely now with Joseph as the DC.

Would be more than happy with these moves, brewski time.

We need an offensive line. The Rams have a Top 5 line.

That's a huge advantage.

Keep in mind that if Bieniemy and/or Taylor are the head coaching and offense coordinator coach, Bengal fans may have to wait 3 more weeks if they meet in the Super Bowl! Crap.

Yep. I'm cool with Bienemy or Taylor.

What I like about Eric B is he supposedly gives feedback to players when they make mistakes. That screams accountability.

Taylor is young...so as a HC he'd be a total risk and unknown.

Yeah, we all want the next McVay but a jump from QB coach to HC is a big time jump. Love how Eric B (so much easier to type lol) loves being creative and ahead of the game. What MJD and AP said about him was some great stuff how he would always tell it like it is but be decent about it. Constructive criticism.

Would the Jets really want to put those two together again? I doubt it.

Surprised they took Gase, didn't care for that guy much with these guys out there.

Thought it was pretty telling with Kingsley taking the Cards job over the Jets, must like Rosen over Darnold.

Think Joseph is much more likely here as the DC.

Usually don't agree with PK but i get it with these guys out there, we are sitting in the best spot of any team cause i didn't want a lot of those coaches that got the gig and i think these guys were the best of the best. Toub is an amazing ST's coach too, probably the best. Add McCarthy to that list who said no to the Stains lol

I do like Richard and i think if the Phins make that move it will be a good one.

Yet when the Bengals hire one or two of the coaches he listed, he will be critical.

Oh my gosh i hope it is Bienemy, sorry if I missed spelled, that would be the poo, An ex player from the past that was always all effert. in his only start for the whodeys he got his 100 yards against the oilers I belive. always liked bienemy, as far as checkered past it sounds like he got in trouble for standing up for hisself besides any family stuff, cant recall is theres a domestic there. I dont really care everyone is not a saint and I pretty sure we all did thing we regret. I would buy tickets to a game and wear my Bengal stuff if its bienemy. I think he is best choice, he can have a dave sula five years and I bet there is not a linebacker in the league that dare pat him on the head and walk away.(dave sula reference for you old guys). ThumbsUp Rock On Hilarious ThumbsUp GO BIENEMY

p.s. mcdaniels turned us down cause he scrwed indy and would have done the same to us he can continue to be bill ballboy

I'm not really worried about his past. I mean it sucks he did that stuff, but it doesn't worry me.

His lack of a track record is worse. But you gotta roll the dice on someone. It's not like we're getting Bill Cowher.

And I want the current staff cleaned out.

God don't care who you were he cares who you are and that is the way i feel.

Same way with Mixon, that was terrible what he did to that girl but it is over and he was truly sorry from what i saw and believe and it has shown since he has been in the league and has not had one single problem. Same with Eric B since.
