Andrew Whitworth is much older than the Bengals head coach and offensive coordinator.
He's older than his own head coach too
Plenty of people work and are taught by people younger than they are even football players.
Sean McVey is 33 and took his team to a Super Bowl
Marvin Lewis is 60 and never won a playoff game.
Winning makes believers of us all

They have nothing to do with each other
Decision #1, Fire Marvin and Staff. I agree
Decision #2 Hire Zac Taylor. I disagree
Decision #3 Zac hiring the most inexperienced coaching staff in the NFL. I strongly disagree.
All three Decision are not related to one another.
Wins on the field are what matter, not the PR battle over his staff. We'll have to wait and see how the season unfolds.
I do expect coaching mistakes on the field, with the play calling, etc. That's part of growing as a coach. The real grade will come from how he adjusts and fixes mistakes, which should lead to wins.
Can't really make a judgement on him until the win-loss record has occurred and we are a long ways from that at this point.

Sean McVay had more years as a NFL coordinator than this guy.
Zac Taylor is the least experienced NFL coach in NFL history Take a look at his resume compared to Sean McVay or anyone else.
Being a Cincinnati Bearcat offensive coordinator for 1 horrible year should not mean NFL ready

That's why I am willing to bet anyone here the Bengals will have one of the three worst record in the NFL next year with this horrible staff.

Well, until that actually happens it's just speculation. Gotta let it play out in it own time.
If we end up 3-13 then by all means squawk up a storm and even refer back to this thread. But until it actually does happen, it hasn't happened and it's bad form to pretend like it has.

We are expecting growing pains, but just because someone is inexperienced doesn't mean they are not capable of achieving success. These hiring's are not exactly written in stone, other than HC, I see the DC and OC this year being instrumental in laying down the foundation in the locker room for culture change. Expect better XO guys when the foundations are set. I'm not expecting a winning season for the next few seasons.

The NFL is a war. Bengals don't have a former NFL head coach General such as Wade Phillips like Sean McVey did to teach him the ropes.
Zac Taylor and his staff are a bunch of Army Privates landing on the beaches of Normandy with no senior leadership.

Having a young coaching to just change the culture is like having a bunch of middle scholl kids kids show up at a sports bar with Nintendo Switches.

I can name many young men and women throughout history who have done harder things than turn around a football team. This argument about age is futile, and quite frankly not even worth my time.

When you are sitting in a two and a half hour lecture on Christianity and Dialogue, you tend to argue with the feeble minded on the internet to pass the time.
