I normally stay out of the draft hype but this 2nd rounder reminds me of the Jerome Simpson pick...

Actually I think the Edge/Sam dude from UGA would be a steal here.

How about Oshane Ximines?

Finally, it's settled. Mack Wilson isn't a 2nd round LB.

They haven't drafted a decent QB since 1981...no pressure!

I know, right? Where'd all his supporters around here go?

Yeah, Bobby Hart.

EDIT - I misread your post in my haste to make yet another zinger. My bad.

Hell no, they worked hard to get those 6th round picks. We aren’t giving those up

Well there's a difference there - they said they liked Hart and then they drafted a replacement. They have yet to do so to Ross, so maybe they actually do want to give him a chance?

EDIT - I saw your edit after the fact, no worries!

Steelers do know how to find receivers, but that seemed like a reach.

No, it’s worse than that.

I remember a few years ago when everyone was like "The Bengals should take Andrew Billings in the second round!" and then it was "The Bengals should take Andrew Billings in the third round!" and then it was "The Bengals should take Andrew Billings in the fourth round!" where they eventually did end up taking him. They had a better feel for his value than most posters here did.

Let's let it all play out.

That's not a similar comparison.

If a team wants to win, it's usually better to draft a potential starter at a much greater position of need than a backup who is just as likely to remain a backup his whole career.

But let's let it all play out and just shut the board down because there's no need to debate or express opinions when we won't know anything about any player for at least a couple years.
