And McDonald's doesn't sell a billion fillet mignon per day. Sales numbers are hardly the end-all judge of quality!

Gives the staff visual evidence of where that stench is coming from and ability to fix it. The offense line has been a known weakness. Bengals attempted to address this with 1st round draft. I still think they wanted Risner in round 2 but got snuffed. The Bengals will need to address the O-Line in next year's draft probably at RT and guard. Like what I am hearing about the Defense. Hopefully the Offense steps it up today.
This is sounding like a terror of a D-line this year, Lawson, Hubbard and Billings are looking great.

Do you know who had the false starts? Sounds like you visit camp a lot so interesting if you see improvement on offense or defense or specific players? 2024 may go on record as one of most underperforming teams in Bengal history. Bengal's FO has major work to do on defensive side of the ball. I say tag and trade Tee Higgins in 2025 to start with the rebuild.

To be honest I would be fine with more dumb penalties and snapping miscues as long as they stay healthy.

Like reading that Lawson is up to 280, no more tweeter status and Hubbard is up to 270. Sounds like both put some good time in the weight room this off season.

I like a rotation possibility of Dunlap (getting older so needs more rest), Hubbard and Lawson + a 4th guy (maybe Willis) to step up at camp. Lawson weight to 280 lbs is huge if he does not lose speed. In camp early, it appears he is not losing speed. Now, his challenge may be keeping the weight on burning a ton of calories daily. 2024 may go on record as one of most underperforming teams in Bengal history. Lawson fell in the draft because he was injury prone in college, then he gets hurt year 2. I wonder how that extra weight will do on his frame?

Andrew Brown last years 5th round pick that was injured most of the year is getting reps on both the outside and inside so his versatility land him in the 53.

I'd think that Lawson and Hubbard beefing up could spell the end for Willis if he doesn't step up.

Just having a rotation of quality guys will do wonders for the defense. Back when our defense was arguably elite, the main reason for the high quality was the rotation of quality guys on the DL, IMO. If we can get that rotation again, our defense can be great again. |
