Finley is getting sacked at a higher rate than Dalton.
Avoiding sacks was supposed to be the ONE thing that Finley was better at than Andy. BTW the Raiders pass defense came into this game allowing a passer rating of 109 (31st in the league.) Finley is at 50.2.
