So the Dolphins gutted their roster last year. Trading many good, young players for draft picks. Tanking for Tua (when Tua was projected to be the 1st pick).
The Bengals on the other hand had a narrative that they had talent that was underperforming under Lewis and a young offensive minded HC would turn things around.
Well both started 0-7, but:
