Darden sure sounds fast.  We need to replace Erickson.

Nice work fellas, I think most fans would be happy with drafts like these. Do you guys do a mock for the entire draft here with each member picking for a different team or two? If so, I'd be happy to participate. This is a very good board for talking about the draft.

Jaelan Phillips stands out on tape to me. Nice swim and spin moves to get into the passing lanes. Locks his arms to stack linemen very easily so I'll think he'll be good vs the run too. My biggest question with him is his eyes/instincts but he should translate well.

Yep.  We do a mock every year.  Usually it goes three rounds.

Two trades.
Traded back in the first with Washington and got their 2nd and 3rd this year and next years second for dropping all the way down to 19.
Traded back 7 spots with Washington's 2nd rounder just because there was nobody at the top of the board I particularly cared for and all that netted was the Ravens 3rd rounder next year.

So I got an extra 2 and 3 next to year go along with this haul. Damn I hope we trade back.

That is a good question Bmore.  We do have an Official Mock coming up, and yes, you can be GM for the Ravens and another team.  Just PM me and I will alert you of the Official draft.  Also, I was wondering what others feel about having Bmore or others not Bengal fan, participate in this monthly mock.  What do you think?

I’d be ok with it. It’d be nice to get some new blood in there and maybe keep guys from having to pick for multiple teams. Just so long as the guys participating aren’t asshats like some in the smack forum. Note I am not saying this about Bmore.

But I think we need to come up with a better format. Use a chat app or something so we don’t have bounce between multiple threads. Post the results when we’re done

Also, not sure I was clear, do any of you have a problem for Bmore posting his mock simulation draft for the Ravens in this Mock Draft Challenge?

Make him do a Bengals mock first.  Ninja

Nah, i don't see a problem. Don't know how much reaction you'll get from a Bengals fan, but i don't see the harm.

CB,

I find a lot of my mocks ending up like this, first 5 anyway especially if Sewell falls. It's usually 2 OL and 2 DL and Schwartz, lol.

It's weird but if it's Chase it seems to throw lots of other selections out of whack but there usually seems to be an OT at the top of the 2nd, and go from there.
