RE: My general expectations for draft picks - fredtoast - 06-05-2020 Every year only about two-thirds of all first round picks are starters as rookies, but I think a lot of that has to do with the quality of the team. I'd guess that bad teams are forced to start rookies more than good teams who can draft for the future and let guy sit as a rookie. Remember back 2013 or whatever everybody was talking we can just draft BPA in every round because we have no pressing needs.
