Yes there is and he is always open for business, he forgave me and believe me I needed to be forgiven for a lot. He knows if if we accept he died on the cross for our sins and was resurrected from the dead we will be saved. I love that he loves us and knows we will sin again.

Let's hope for a great game tonight and a great season.

Damn rights. Good news, been harping on bringing Risner in for about half a year now lol

Why is this not being reported anywhere else?

I will not be happy if this is not happening.

Wouldn't you want him to be in camp? Why wait until after the 2nd pre-season game? This has been a known issue since...this time last year.

I was beginning to think there must be something wrong with Risner, as his past performance would indicate he'd be the walk in starter from day 1 on this Oline.

Because they went out and got Lucas Patrick. They tried to make it work with him, but he is obviously not performing well enough.

My only question with Risner is why 32 teams have passed on him at this point. Just seems odd if he's such a decent option at guard.

LOL At an incident he put a hand on the QB chest and shoved him to the ground.

If that would have been Burrow, they would be scrapping.

We need help at RG, so I am willing to take a chance with Burrow and him scrapping. lol  Hilarious Hilarious Hilarious

I am sure he will have more respect for Burrow, and I am sure Joe would handle any disagreements better than the guy that got flattened.

I hope it is not injury related and more of a problem child type issue that we can absorb because of our culture and family type player atmosphere.

Why does it seem the FO waits so long for personnel moves? It would seem it would be obvious that they should have brought in Risner or another RG months ago. This drives me crazy every season.

TY

I just looked before posting and found nothing. I think the only way he is not signed is if he is hurt or way out of shape. I don't anticipate either happening. I hope they give him a 2 year deal, it was nice to potentially having 2 guards under contract who are starter quality for at least 2 years.

In the end, it does not matter. It drives me crazy the FO gets a deal done and the FO naysayers whine for a variety of reasons.

I will be thrilled if he has 2 weeks to practice and prepare to start against the Browns week 1.

Sign him and I hope every can enjoy the win.

I am finding it mentioned in a lot of places. Just google Dalton Risner and it is very widely reported.

There is always movement around cut down days and last-minute moves right before the start of the season.

We may see much more soon as well after this preseason game some on our team and others around the league.

A final shuffling of the cards before the season starts.

After the last preseason game we got 2 weeks to get a vet up to speed happens all the time in the season and much quicker sometimes.

We will have enough time to get him up to speed.

True, in the end as long as we have the Guard position solidified with Fairchild and Risner I will be happy. I understand the frustration though of
some fans. Been wanting Risner here for a long time. It must of taken the Ford injury and Patrick struggling for them to finally bring him in.

But it was a no brainer a long time ago.

If Patrick does not ge hurt and does extremely well, it would not have been a no brainer in my humble opinion. Patrick has a resume and it is not bad in pass protection, his issue more so was reliability, he gets hurt a lot.

I like Volson as a back up guard, but many fans do not. I am wondering if Volson's injury is bad and why they are bringing Risner in tomorrow.

RE: Bengals to host Dalton Risner on a FA visit - 007BengalsFan - 08-18-2025

Risner is above average and can play both guard positions. He should be able to help this team.

They're doing this now because we have so many injuries at guard.

Only one reason i can see for not signing him. It'll confuse me when people say Dalton
