Shout out to Alex Cappa for also winning the Triple Crown this year.
He lead all NFL guards in pressures (51), hurries (36), and sacks allowed (8 tied 1st).

Volson's late season benching probably kept him out of contention to win it, but he still finished 2nd in pressures allowed (43) and six sacks allowed tied for 3rd. 7th from bottom in hurries. Maybe next year, Cordell.

Cappa: 1st, 1st, T-1st
Volson: 2nd, 7th, T-3rd
Worst pass blocking guard combo in the league, hands down.

Yeah, either he was just coached to do the wrong stuff or the injury from '22 he never fully-recovered from: he was a top 10 RG when we got him.

Something has gone on. The falloff from Cappa is beyond drastic.

Both need to go, bad. Or step back to backups at a minimum.

As backups we could do worse especially if this is all injury with Cappa, but I don't find that to be the case. You don't just forget your
fundamentals because of injury. You would think you would rely on them more coming off of injury. Volson is still young and is a hard
worker. Would like him back as a backup, but Cody Ford has jumped him as far as depth IMO.

There is no way we are paying Cappa $10 mil to be a backup. That makes no sense.
