Josh Hinch formerly of the Patriots and Bucs and Tyler Ramsey formerly with the Panthers and Seahawks are joining the staff

Tyler Ramsey was the Assistant Director of Pro Scouting in Carolina which I'm guessing is a similar job as Christian Sarkisian's. Josh Hinch was an Southeast Area Scout for New England (SEC, ACC maybe?). About week ago they also hired Trey LaBounty as a Scouting Research Analyst.

Hey, I like this. I think if there is one area we needed to add more minds it was in the scouting department.
We lost Sarkisian and added a couple, a bit of a change up should be welcomed.

All fun aside, adding to the scouting department is a very good thing. Be nice to see a couple more additions, even if it's not till next year.

Adding a couple is good, but we still need to double our current total to get even close to the rest of the AFCN average. (I think the rest of the AFCN average is at like 14.)

Yep. I did the exact same thing. I was ready to go "damn, more PP people? Nice!! Now it's looking more like an NFL front office".
Ah well, +2 is still better than the alternative.
