Tyler Ramsey was the Assistant Director of Pro Scouting in Carolina which I'm guessing is a similar job as Christian Sarkisian's. Josh Hinch was an Southeast Area Scout for New England (SEC, ACC maybe?). About week ago they also hired Trey LaBounty as a Scouting Research Analyst. 

Someone needs to hire another of our guys so we can continue to add two more. Before ya know it, we'd have an actual scouting department!

Hey, I like this. I think if there is one area we needed to add more minds it was in the scouting department.

We lost Sarkisian and added a couple, a bit of a change up should be welcomed.

Wait.... Does this mean we doubled the size, or even tripled the size, of our scouting department?

So we're up 2 scouts now?

All fun aside, adding to the scouting department is a very good thing. Be nice to see a couple more additions, even if it's not till next year. 

It’s a step in the right direction.

A couple drafts too late but yay. We are going to need to nail nearly every pick for the next few years with all our money tied up in 3 guys

Adding a couple is good, but we still need to double our current total to get even close to the rest of the AFCN average. (I think the rest of the AFCN average is at like 14.)
