What worries me about Smith and Faalele. I went to watch some of their games and they are not on the field for long stretches, missing entire series. Makes me think it is a conditioning issues along with a coaches decision.

I was unaware of that. Scares me from even making them a day 2 project.

National Champion Georgia OL Slayer in the first really wouldn't shock me.

IDK all the details. Just weird to go watch a youtube vid of the game and the guy i'm trying to watch disappears. That usually doesn't happen.

More of a pass rush specialist early on which is ok for us. I like him and I like Cameron Thomas 6'5 264 DE San Diego St. real well too. He is a 1st/2nd rounder He had 21 sacks in 3 years and last year he had 11.5.

Just watched the short Sam Williams vid. Dude looks relentless, would love to see this on the other side of Hendrickson
when the other Sam needs a breather from stopping the run. I saw a little bit of over pursuing and a couple coverage sacks
but he looks like he has a great motor and doesn't give up. Really like what I saw here for possibly a 3rd round pick.
Will watch the Cameron Thomas vid now.

Just watched the Cameron Thomas vid. This guy has great hands and he knows how to get inside and collapse
the pocket in a hurry and disrupt. I am seriously thinking about this guy at 31 now along with Boye Mafe from
Minnesota if we go all out in FA on the OL. Thomas looks great at shedding blocks doesn't let the OL get hands
on him, keeps sweeping them away.
This is great to see in a pass rusher or a run stopping End.

I'm kinda leaning towards DL or CB in rd 1 and 2 unless a high rank OL is present like Green in one or Salyer in 2. Really feeling Elam, Winfrey and liking what I'm seeing from Drake Jackson highlights.

I too like a lot of these Defensive players like you say in this Draft where we pick more so than the OL that should be available.
Take care of the OL in FA so we are free to go BPA. Could get some stars if we do...

Dude's weigh in at the Senior Bowl didn't remove any doubt. I think there's a good chance Tyler becomes the board's this year's Sewell.
Everyone wanted him, he was there, we pass. At this point I might take Zion Johnson over him

He might go before 31. I've saw some having him in the middle of round 1.

The arm length is more of the issue to me, only 31" arms. Still he dominated college being undersized and with short arms.
I would still happily take him, his technique, fast hands and strength should make up for his short comings IMO.
I like Zion too though, depending on FA I think it could be between these too as I think Linderbaum could easily fall to us now.

Thomas has great hands and great quickness once the ball is snapped. Wouldn't surprise me.

Sam just ran a 4.52 today 2nd fastest for a DE behind Amare Barno's 4.37

well it listed him at 237 but today it was 246 but still that time is ridiculous for that size.

Zion is my guy. Seems like a safe pick for OL.

At this point, I don't think Zion makes it to us at 31. Hes done nothing but dominate the offseason. Started out strong at Senior Bowl and went up from there. Still little rich but he could go top 15 imo with what he's put out.

You might be right. Big then with these crazy combine results coming out only so many can rise into first round conversation or maintain where they were going in. So many moving parts now that the underwear olympics are wrapping up

Yeah, Zion has put himself in a great position. Was wanting him before but it is seeming unrealistic now.
Linderbaum is more realistic now with his short arms and our needs if we move on from Hop.
Still like Tyler Smith, Salyer and Ed Ingram if we go Guard early.
Just take care of RT in FA to free up this Draft. Really like the DT's that will be available at 31 and the DB's.
