I just re-watched the game and when you see the whole play it doesn't look as bad. He took a great angle and it kinda looks more like he put his hand on him so he didn't truck him over from his momentum. Looks more like a dive by mahomes than anything.

Idk how people rewatch tough losses like this. I still haven’t rewatched the Super Bowl. Probably never will.

I don't think I could stomach watching that superbowl again.

Watch the play again.
He doesn't touch Mahomes until he's already out of bounds and then still concentrates more on shoving him than slowing down. This shoving motion makes his upper body go forward leading him to hyper extend his knee and roll his ankle. He lost his mind for a split second and as a result, injured himself.
Very poor situational awareness. Mike Hilton had him cut off and was the reason he was going out of bounds. You can see Hilton holding his arms out in a "What the **** are you doing?" kind of way as Ossai sped by him to hit Mahomes. This play will outlive his entire career as it's already being called "The Late Hit Game". Ask any Chiefs fan what they think of Dee Ford if you don't believe me.

The kid made a mistake in a situation where it was a lot harder for him to stop than the chiefs player who hit Burrow and not flagged.
Time to move on and support him his young man.

I wasn’t mad at Burfict or Pac-Man. PAC was protecting the defensive huddle from Joey Porters unprecedented and unpunished move of walking all the way across the field to talk shit in the defensive huddle. Someone had to step up. I feel like the meltdown from everyone had already began and the Burfict and Pac penalty was at that point the city and the team saying f it. Remember we threw trash at an “injured” Ben. Supposedly being stretchered out. With what he acted like was a career ending injury. To the disgust of the pro STEELER announcers. We knew he was faking it tho. We was tired of the act. The Nelson hair pull from Munchak. I actually never minded 2016. It was the peak of frustration and you knew it was the end. They went out in a blaze and took some Steelers with them.
Marvin should have been fired and the rebuild should have began. Instead they gathered the ashes and propped up a defeated and broken era for 3 more years.
*Jerry* Porter.
But yeah, totally agree with the rest.

Romo “ so impressed with Zac ...1 of the best in the NFL… they are just fundamentally sound. Taylor the best winning % in the Playoffs of current coaches. Joe Burrow” Zac is the best head coach in the NFL & that gives me a lot of confidence." Taylor led the Bengals to their first playoff win since 1990, ending the longest active drought in the four major North American sports, en and appeared in Super Bowl LVI, the first since 1988.

This will be a major off season for MR. Ossai : He either washes out of the league within 2 years or he dedicates himself to atone for his mistake and winds up having a solid NFL career.

FFS the kid is not going to “wash out of the league.” He was playing a hell of a game up until the last play, and had really been coming on late in the season. He’s going to be good.

To WhoDeyRay, I never watched the vid of Pratt yelling as Ossai you may be correct. Bad on Pratt.
Okay. Guess that is fine with me just the same. Wanted to extend Logan Wilson more anyway and see what we have in ADG who I
always thought was the most talented LB.
