You are correct, we have not had this explosive of a back in open spaces in a long time. His speed alone makes him explosive. 2nd fastest player in the NFL last year behind DK Metcalf.

He is actually a faster straight line runner than Gio. Gio was more about moves and making defenders miss as we remember the

I need to see the Bengals actually effectively run the ball for a couple weeks before I believe it will magically just happen. We've been 24th, 27th, 26th, 29th, and 22nd in rushing YPC as a team in the ZT era. Granted that's been an issue for much longer than the ZT era, only being above-average as a team in rushing YPC in 4 of the last 20 seasons ('18, '14, '05, '04). I think we currently have the ~10th worst RB room in the league, so I don't expect much better rushing-wise, but at least they should be betting pass blocking with Moss and should be competent pass catching.

All understandable, have to see it to believe it. But the explosiveness is certainly there with Chase Brown. As Sled says, he had the 
2nd fastest speed clocked last season on that screen pass TD.

No doubt, cannot teach speed. What was awesome was how that WR's coach taught Chase Brown to be such a better route 
runner and Receiver this Offseason. That was extremely impressive in those vids showing the difference.

Physicality is the big question mark for Iosivas's entire game I'm just hoping they get some better blocking from that slot receiver considering how often thr Bengals run 11P. Some of the plays we seen die at the at or behind the LoS was because of the skill position blocking (Pitches, RPO screens).

I was a big early day 3 fan of Cincinnati Bearcats WR Tyler Scott in the 2023 NFL draft. Chase Brown is only .3 inches shorter and about 30lbs heavier with nearly identical testing numbers and a similar projectable skillset at WR.
