Carolina Game Game Ball
#1
Well, our boys finally got one in the win column. There are a few good candidates for the game ball. Who you got for the 1st game ball of 2024:

JOE BURROW: 232 passing yards, 2 TDs, 100.5 Passer Rating

CHASE BROWN: 80 rushing yards @ 5 YPC, 12 receiving yards,  2 TDs

JA'MARR CHASE: 3 catches, 85 yards, 1 TD

VONN BELL: 6 tackles. 1 INT

LOGAN WILSON: 10 tackles, 1 QB Hit

EVAN MCPHERSON: 6 of 6 for 10 points and a long of 58

Chase Brown then Erick All

We iced the game literally running every single time off All’s lead block. It was AFCN football and i feel sorry for Sample and Gesecki cause All just took both their jobs.

Gotta go Brown but I thought our line did a hell of a job run blocking and getting a push.

And add kudos to Ryan Rekhow. 3 punts for average of about 56 yards. One a 63 yarder. Two of the three within the 20.

Game ball should go to the Punter.

Spot on and I hope the organization views him as having won the job even after Robbins is healed up from his injury.

Chase Brown had a couple mental mistakes, but he gets it easy for me. If he can clean some of that stuff up he’s going to be an electric player for us.

I gotta go with the offensive line. Joe had quite a bit more time back there than he has had in 3 years

Tee made catch after catch; especially in the first half that kept the chains moving. The 6 catches for 60 yards does not reflect the impact he had on this game.

He was abusing #2 on their defense. Drew 2 big penalties on him, one led to getting the ball at the 2 yard line, which led to TD.

Brown not sure what Burrow was thinking throwing a pass with 6 secs left in flat at end of half , brown bailed him out

I voted Brown but mostly I am glad to see that no one has voted for Bell or Wilson.
No one on the Bengals’ defense deserves a game ball or even any praise for the past two games.

My vote goes to Iosivas for catching and holding on to that ball going over the middle knowing he was going to get his clock cleaned.
