Any time they have a lead late in a game it's always interesting, unfortunately.

At Philadelphia taking on the Flyers tonight. Let's hope for a W!

Yep, and we're just four points out of the last WC spot and could jump Philly in the process.  Getting a W over Torts never hurts, either.

1-0 Jackets after the 1st period. Blue Jackets looked slow to start the game.

I'm late to the proceedings.  They give any update?  He has the worst injury luck: shoulder, hernia, puck in the face, you name it.

Crap, they're only up by one now.

Yes, a total let down tonight. I'm already in sell at the trade deadline mood after tonight's loss.  Hilarious

Mateychuk, top D prospect was called up. Makes me think Werenski gets a rest tomorrow with the hurt knee.

I had a chance to go see them play the Habs tomorrow night but passed on it.  Here's hoping I regret not going.

I wonder if he immediately takes the net with the call up?

CBJ website says he's getting the start.  Hope they can keep laine in check.  Don't need him getting a hattrick in his return back to Nationwide.

Laine's quote of the day is the Blue Jackets were too satisfied with losing.

He dealt with the front office, not me, but I want to believe that's not true.  It's difficult to argue with similar results season after season, though.

They finally didn't screw up an empty net situation.
