Ja'Marr's Job is Pretty Simple
#81
I think it was Rex Ryan that said, after seeing Chase at the combine (maybe a pro day) that he was the best wr prospect he'd ever seen. It was kind of a matter of fact statement, not an emotional hype kind of deal. Draft hype can get out of hand, but it looks like Rex was spot on.

He’s mentioned before how Boyd was with him when he first came into the league and that he’s tried (key word) to help Burton in the same way. Seems like exactly the type of teammate we’d want Ja’Marr to be. Especially after some people were killing him this past offseason for the “hold in.”

Yep, be happy it didn't want to play because you weren't happy he didn't wanna play during the Preseason...You really didn't think that one through did you?

Personally not a fan of a player pulling himself but the each his own.

Wouldn't be a fan of Burrow asking for Browning to come in at that point.

That’s some weird energy. It sure seemed like the criticism over him not practicing during camp was about him supposedly being selfish and not a team player or whatever. He sure as hell didn’t need the reps.

Anyway, Saquon Barkley did the same thing earlier this season when he had the chance to set a career record and people lauded him for what a great teammate he was.

Sure, I'm simply not a fan of it, nothing more, nothing less. There's no nefarious motive. Merry Christmas!!

Ja'Marr Chase is doing something insane right now being mentioned in the same breath as the elite of elites of all time.

there is nothing that Burton has done this year that would show him to be a "talent"
