Indeed.

Would love to see the Bengals tag Tee and used him to work a trade for Maxx.

He is going for HC of the Jets again last I heard. He said lots of DC's should be drooling to come here though pretty much.

Vrabel and Rex are going for HC positions. The Pats for Vrabel, the Jets for Rex from everything I am seeing.

He wont give up his ESPN paycheck for a coordinator's job.  Besides, I don't see his personality meshing with Zac's or Mike Brown's style

I think you "trade Tee" guys can forget about that happening. Burrow has made it quite clear to the front office he wants both him and Chase here with him. They are not going to upset the cart. Tee and Chase will get re-signed before anything else happens, then Hendrickson, then they will know what they have left to work with.

I agreed the deck is completely stacked against trading Tee, but it doesn't mean I cannot remain hopeful.

Then we blame Burrow if our defense line still is subpar and if  Tre walks when we cant sign him

I truly believe that the Bengals management has been considering this entire situation and not just as a "we need to keep the offense together" type of situation. Trey asked for more money a year ago, and was denied on the basis of his contract extension being less than a year old. He came, he played, he led the league in sacks. I do NOT think for a moment that the management will ignore the need to put some more money in Trey's direction this year.

Well i also feel they had decided not to extend Tee in the Tre equation but now Burrow eants Tee and Gescki

Saw Antonio Pierce got fired as the HC of the Raiders. I actually would like him as our DC much more than Graham...

Gnashing of teeth isn't really necessary. They have rules to abide by, plus, as silly as this might seem to some of you, the NFL is a fraternity so they will grant interviews simply to help someone's resume out, so that down the road, they have the experience of interviewing and others can see how many times they've been interviewed. That process and how someone does, can be the determining factor if he/she gets the job when all things are equal.
