They were driving and would have had the Ravens on their heels and were poised to score.  

Was it a definite thing?  No, but they shouldn't have been robbed of the opportunity, especially when they were moving the ball pretty well on that drive.

Also, they would have been on the 10-yard-line, so not like they had to drive 90 yards for the score.
