As of right now, the Bengals have gotten worse according to their evaluation at -2.31%

Note that this chart seems to be updated daily, as yesterday it was sitting right at 0 for Bengals.
Patriots, WFT, Jets, Jags, Cards, Bears, Browns, Broncos, Rams, Vikings, Dolphins, and Chiefs are the teams they consider having improved so far through FA.
EDIT - Bengals improvement number updated 3/19 at 7:50 AM CDT
I am not sure how any team that lost 2 great OT's (Chiefs( are graded higher, but that is their ranking.
We are not done with the FA nor have we had the draft yet, I am banking on getting some upgrades short and long term.
But getting Waynes back and Reader should be a part of the evaluation, at least Waynes who never played a snap. In my opinion, he is better than Jackson.
I am so ready for 2024 season. I love pro football and hoping for a great Bengals year. Regardless, always remember it is a game and entertainment.
