All I know is that 11 INTs in 9 starts this year is a lot worse than 5 INTs in 10 starts last year.

Also, most of the examples this guy used are from 20 years ago. Times have changed. INT rates league-wide are way down. By today's standards, Burrow's INT rate is through the roof.
