Eagles only have 5 players with a cap hit over $3.7 million (ridiculous low number) while the Bengals have 13.
They essentially are the best of the worst. They have not had a win over anyone who will be picking before pick 11 currently in the draft. He can be doing well for circumstances but that doesn't change the fact his bad team beat up on literally the worst teams in the league. Congrats on that I guess...
