In fact I don't even need a link. Just give me the details of exactly how it worked with Zac choosing all the players. I mean, if it is as common knowledge as you claim that shouldn't be too hard should it? At least give me the name of the person from the Bengals front office who said Zac had all the power on personnel decisions.
