The AFC South is #6 since 2017. This puts them in the 25th percentile, which I think objectively classifies as one of the worst. They have had strong playoff performances, so that would be the only point of contention that someone could bring in. For curious minds, the two divisions to rank as worse than the AFCS since 2017 is the NFCE and the AFCE. The AFCN is #4.
