Yeah but agents can be pretty convincing and get into players' heads and make them think they're the world. 

Look at Drew Rosendouche. Granted that most of his clients seem like arrogant pricks anyways but he gets makes them think that they're deserving of more money than anyone in the league at their position.

I think his agent convinced him since last offseason "they're not offering you what you're worth," and then, after we made the Super Bowl, it's "you were the best player on this defense and took this franchise to its first Super Bowl in 30 years......... they'll eventually realize your worth and cave or another team will."
