So we have drafted poorly the past few years?
Kidding...kind of. I am not sure what question this really answers, though. And is the answer to the question a good one? Do you want to be on this list, or not? Because the Bills and Rams are at the top of this list and they are two of the best teams in the league.
In my opinion it doesn't really matter. I could give two shits if the talent on the roster is home grown or not, as long as it's there and you aren't swinging and missing on both draft picks AND free agents. To me there isn't much of a correlation to winning whether your roster is homegrown or through free agency...it just comes down to having good players.
